Our endocannabinoid system was discovered in the late 80’s and even though it is the largest of our internal systems, it still is scarcely taught in medical school. Our bodies naturally produce cannabinoids (endo) and we can also supplement any deficiencies by an intake of cannabinoids produced by plants (Phyto). Nothing to date satisfies our endocannabinoid system, outside of itself, as well as the cannabis plant.
